This consists of collecting feedback via self-assessment, feedback from people in your network, and delivers learning content and dashboard reports to help leaders improve over time. Rhabit provides Northwestern Mutual with the right to access the Rhabit Platform and to enable its Users (employees) with Rhabit Services during the term as selected by the company. The subscription provides Northwestern Mutual with the rights to provide access to Users to receive up to 12 (Twelve) months of platform access. Purchases of Rhabit Services are committed as of the day this order is submitted and Company and Users shall not be entitled to any refunds once this order is submitted. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email invitation to get started with Reflect, at which point your subscription will begin, regardless of whether accounts are activated.
